Terms and Conditions for MoneyAnna
Welcome to MoneyAnna, operated by S9 Fintech Private Limited, a company having CIN – U65990MH2020PTC345288, duly incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at 8, 825, ECSTACY BUSINESS PARK, JSD ROAD, CITY OF JOY, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, 400080. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the terms “MoneyAnna,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to S9 Fintech Private Limited. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms of use (“Terms”) carefully before you use the platform since they constitute the agreement between (a) you (b) us (c) Asset Management Companies (“Investment Partner”). We and Investment Partner shall collectively be referred to as (“Affiliates”).
Description of Services
MoneyAnna provides a comprehensive platform facilitating mutual fund transactions, aggregation, and management of your financial assets to support informed financial decisions. We do not guarantee financial returns and recommend seeking professional advice for investments.
User Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable, and provide accurate information while registering and using the app. Parents/guardians are advised to supervise minors using the app. Account security and confidentiality of login credentials are your responsibility. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
User Obligations
- Use the app lawfully and responsibly.
- Protect your login credentials and notify us promptly of any misuse.
- Do not misuse, hack, or engage in fraudulent activities on the app.
- Consent to our data collection from investment partners such as banks, AMCs, NBFCs, and others for service delivery.
Mutual Fund Transactions
MoneyAnna enables transactions in mutual funds. Transactions are subject to the policies of the asset management companies and regulatory authorities such as SEBI and AMFI. Refunds for unsuccessful transactions will be credited to the registered bank account within 15 working days. Cancelled or completed transactions cannot be reversed through the app; redemption is subject to mutual fund company policies.
Intellectual Property
All content on MoneyAnna, including text, software, graphics, and logos, is owned by S9 Fintech Private Limited and protected by applicable IP laws. Unauthorized reproduction or usage is prohibited.
Liability and Disclaimers
MoneyAnna is provided “as is,” with no warranties of accuracy or completeness. We disclaim liability for losses from app use. Users are responsible for verifying information and exercising prudence in financial decisions.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Disrupt platform security or operation
- Transmit harmful, unlawful, or offensive material
- Use automated tools to scrape data
- Violate others’ rights or applicable laws
- Undertake deceptive or fraudulent behavior
Use of Google Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics and cookies for performance analysis and user experience improvement. Personal financial data is not shared with Google Analytics.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for failed mutual fund transactions are processed per asset management company policies within 15 working days. Completed transactions cannot be cancelled; withdrawals require redemption as per fund rules.
Amendments
S9 Fintech Private Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes resolved in courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify S9 Fintech and affiliates against any claims arising from violations of these Terms or illegal conduct.
